In this view of the matter, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to approach this Court afresh, if there is no effective hearing in the trial in the next six months. 3.

The request is reasonable.

It is hoped that the learned trial Court shall frame the charge as soon as possible and then conduct the trial expeditiously since bail is denied.
