By the impugned judgment, the appellant has been convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 353, 294, 332, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and has been directed to suffer imprisonment for two years. 3.

The learned Additional Sessions Judge by an order dated 14/03/2022 had suspended the sentence till filing of the appeal or during the appeal period. 4.

It is unlikely that the appeal will be heard finally during immediate future. Therefore, the order of suspension of sentence is continued until further orders on the same terms and conditions as are stated in the order dated 14/03/2022.
