DATED : 16.07.2025 Applicants/respondents No. 1 and 2 have filed this application for permitting them to withdraw the compensation amount lying in this Court, as the appeal filed by the appellant was disposed of on 24/04/2018. For which, learned Counsel for the appellant has no objection.

Considering the reason disclosed in the application, as well as no objection of the learned Counsel for the appellant, the application is allowed as prayed.

Applicants are permitted to withdraw the compensation amount lying in this Court along with accrued interest thereon.

The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the amount along with the accrued interest thereon in the bank account of the respective applicants as per the award of the Tribunal and order of this Court, within four weeks on their furnishing their bank account details to the Registry.

Application is disposed of.
