Perused the reply of the prosecution and the case diary. Admittedly, there are no criminal antecedents to this applicant. The illicit liquor has also been seized. Therefore, I am of the view that this application can be granted.

The application is allowed and the interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicant on 11th April, 2018 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions with the clarification that the applicant now shall attend the concerned police station only as and when required by the Investigating OfÏcer.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
