By this application the respondents have sought for withdrawal of the compensation amount deposited by the appellant.

For the reasons stated in the application and since the appeal is already disposed of, the application is allowed.

The compensation amount deposited by the appellant in this Court in terms of order passed by this Court shall be paid to the respondents alongwith accrued interest thereon.

The civil application stands disposed of.
