Heard Shri Mir Nagman Ali, advocate for the applicant and Shri R.S. Nayak, A.P.P. for the non-applicant. The applicant has filed this application seeking modification of the order passed by this Court in Criminal Application No. 34 of 2014 on 18th November, 2015 directing the Sessions Court to complete the trial within four months. The applicant (accused) cannot seek extension of time to complete the trial as the directions were given by this Court to the Sessions Court. If the learned Sessions Judge finds difficulty in completing the trial within four months, it is up to the concerned Judge to seek extension of time.
