01] By this application, the Applicant/Respondent No.3 has sought leave to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited before this Court in terms of the judgment and award dated 12th October, 2012 in Claim Petition No.851/2005, Nagpur. 02] By the impugned judgment, the Applicant/Respondent No.3 was awarded 30% of the compensation. It is stated that her share of compensation was invested in FD, since she was minor. Learned counsel for the Applicant/Respondent No.3 has stated that she has now attained the age of majority and she is in need of money to pursue higher study.

03] Since the Applicant/Respondent No.3 has now attained the age of majority, her share of compensation i.e. 30% of the total amount of compensation alongwith proportionate interest accrued thereon be paid to the Applicant/Respondent No.3-Ulka Rajendrakumar Raut (Claimant No.3 in Claim Petition No.851/2005). The civil application stands disposed of.
