Shri Mohokar, learned counsel for the petitioner invites attention to pursis stamp No. 256 of 2012 dated 07.01.2015 and the orders annexed with it. The orders appoint the petitioner on contract basis. He submits that in view of the said orders, challenge for the present is rendered infructuous. Shri Pillai, learned counsel does not dispute the orders filed along with the pursis. In view of this development, writ petition is presently disposed of as infructuous.
