Mr.M.P.Kariya, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, because of revised sanction order dt.6.5.2014, the earlier order issued on 7.2.2014 impugned in the petition is eclipsed and does not survive. He, therefore, submits that the challenge is rendered infructuous. In view of the affidavit-in-reply and the stand therein in paragraph 6, as the subsequent order has been issued on 6.5.2014, we dispose of the petition as infructuous. No costs.
