Date : 25 th April, 2016 Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties. There is no objection for granting prayer clause (A) of Official Liquidator Report No.4 of 2016, which is reproduced below :

"(A) Whether in view of Para No.18 here in above this Hon'ble Court would pleased be permit to the official liquidator to declare dividend @ 100% to the workers as per adjudication done by the Chartered Accountant as per Exhibit "I"."
