CORAM : B.P. DHARMADHIKARI & S.B. SHUKRE, JJ.
MARCH 24, 2015.
Heard Shri Bute, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Joshi, learned counsel for the respondent.
It is not in dispute that after directions of this Court as contained in the judgment dated 30.07.2013, subsistence allowance has been paid to the petitioner. Shri Bute, learned counsel submits that the correct amount has not been worked out and paid.
Shri Joshi, learned counsel for the respondent disputes this.
It is apparent that the correctness of quantification cannot be the question to be gone into in this jurisdiction. Hence, with liberty to the petitioner to raise this issue before appropriate forum in accordance with law, we dispose of the Contempt Petition. No costs.
