Suits of which stay is sought are instituted in the year 1969 seeking eviction of tenants. Thus, eviction of applicant/appellant has not been asked for. As such no prejudice is caused to him. We therefore, find the application misconceived. The same is rejected. No costs.

Letters Patent Appeal is pending before this Court since 1995. It arises out of First Appeal Nos. 22 and 23 of 1980. The suits out of which the First Appeals arise are filed in the year 1969. Hence,

Order 1706caz20.16 Registry is directed to place the Letters Patent Appeal for final hearing on 23.06.2016.
