The prayers as made are opposed.

However, considering the reasons mentioned as well as the additional affidavit filed on record, the applications are allowed. After setting the abatement and condoning the delay, the legal heirs of respondent no.4 are permitted to be brought on record. Amendment be carried out within a period of one week.
