20/04/ The present application is filed by appellant for grant of permission to serve the respondent No.1(a) through paper publication by way of local newspapers Hitvada and Lokmat. It appears that though notices were issued as per the nomenclature mentioned in Regular Civil Appeal. However, it is alleged that the Bailiff report of this Court in respect of respondent No.1(a) shows that respondent refused to accept the service of notice and claimed that his name is Dinkar s/o Yashwant Hawelikar and not Dinesh s/o Yashwant Hawelikar. As such, permission is granted to the appellant to serve respondent No.1(a) through paper publication as prayed for. 2.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
