Without prejudice to the rights of the parties, the non-applicant no.1 is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- while the non-applicant nos. 5 and 6 are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs. 50,000/- each subject to filing an undertaking that in case the appeal is allowed the amount withdrawn shall be repaid at such rate the Court may direct.
