Shri Patil, the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant in both these appeals has placed on record the copies of judgment/orders passed by this Court in First Appeal Nos.491/2011, 811/2010 and 1152/2013. All these first appeals, filed by the V.I.D.C. challenging the enhancement of compensation granted by the reference court, have been disposed of by this Court.

There is no dispute that First Appeal Nos. 807/2010 and 1136/2012 are arising out of the same notification, same village, same award and same judgment and orders passed by the reference court.

In view of this, both these appeals are also dismissed for the reasons stated in the judgment/orders delivered in the aforesaid first appeals.
