By this petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to the respondents, to release the arrears by adding four admissible increments.

Ms Khan, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-University, states that the petitioner's grievance should stand redressed as the amount due and payable to the petitioner has been released in favour of the petitioner. Ms Kale, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent-University. It is stated that the pursis has been filed by the petitioner stating therein that the amount is received. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
