The petitioners were proceeded by respondent No.1 under the provisions of Section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. The said proceedings are ordered to be 'closed for orders'. 2.

The contentions are certain reliefs were claimed orally however those were not dealt with by the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Deulgaoraja.

We hardly see any basis in support of such contention. Even otherwise in case the final order is against the petitioners, they can take recourse to statutory remedy available to them. 4.

That being so no interference is called for in this petition. 5.
