Challenge in the petitions is to the roznama dated 22/02/2024 recorded in Application No.595/2023 on the file of Sub-Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Deulgaonraja on the ground that the same is in violation of the principles of natural justice. 3.

We have perused the said roznama.

The petitioners have sought certain information which is reported to have been already supplied to them before the said date. So also it is part and parcel of the proceedings initiated against the petitioners in exercise of powers under Section 101 of the Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 for recovery of the dues of the respondent-Society. 5.

In this background, we hardly see any reason to cause interference in extra ordinary jurisdiction. As such, the writ petitions stand dismissed with no order as to costs.
