CORAM

DATE : 19 th APRIL, 2018.

Heard.

Perused the F.I.R. and the reply of the prosecution. Deceased Ajit was aged about 24 years. He committed suicide because, it is alleged, he felt humiliated after some persons including this applicant barged into his house, beat him up on some issue, which touched the modesty of daughter of one Gode, suspected to be outraged by deceased Ajit, and passed a remark that deceased Ajit was not fit to live in this world.

The nature of allegations being what they are, I am of the view that the custodial interrogation of this applicant would not be necessary. Therefore, I am of the further view that this application can be granted.

aba.252.18 2/2 The application is allowed and the interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicant by this Court on 12th April, 2018 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions with the addition of the condition that the applicant shall also attend the concerned police station on every Tuesday and Friday, starting from 24th of April, 2018, till the charge-sheet is filed.

The application is disposed of in the above terms.
