This application has been filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator to resolve the disputes between the parties. On 27/07/2018 as the name of Advocate Shri Hussaini Mohd. Bhai was proposed as an Arbitrator, the statement of disclosure was sought from him. By communication dated 13/08/2018 said disclosure statement has been submitted and the same does not indicate any legal disability on the part of the Arbitrator proposed to be appointed.

In view of aforesaid the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) by appointing Advocate Shri
