ATE : JUNE 13 , 2024 By Pursis Stamp No.08/2024 dated 10/06/2024, learned counsel Mr.Parchure, prayed to withdraw his power on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2, as they engage another counsel Mr.A.C.Dharmadhikari on their behalf. 2) We permit learned counsel Mr.Parchure who was appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 to withdraw his power, as learned counsel Mr.A.C.Dharmadhikari is appearing for said respondents.

CIVIL APPLICATION (W) NO. 1174 OF 2024 This is an application filed by the petitioner for amendment. For the reason stated in the application, the same is allowed. Amendment to be carried out by 19/06/2024. WRIT PETITION NO.957 OF 2024 Mr.Dharmadhikari, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that by 19/06/2024 appropriate affidavit shall be placed on record. He further stated that respondent Nos.1 and 2 are not willing to justify the action of the KOLHE

2 944-wp 957.2024.odt Contemnor who was in charge Registrar and the Contemnor is relieved from the said charge.

3) The Contemnor Mr.Dharvesh Katheriya, is present in Court. He submits that since the University is not supporting his action, he has to defend himself in the present writ petition, particularly, in regard to the allegation of contempt. That being so, he is seeking time to engage a lawyer. He is granted time till 19/06/2024 to engage a lawyer.

4) As prayed, we grant leave to amend the petition, so as to implead the said Officer as respondent No.3 to the petition. Amendment to be carried out by 19/06/2024. Since the said Officer is present in the Court, he waives service of notice.

5) Stand over to 20/06/2024.
