This application is filed for relaxation of condition imposed on the applicant in the order dated 01.08.2011 by which the applicant was asked to report to Police Station, Pusad Rural on every alternate day. Since, the appeal is of the year 2011 and will take some time for disposal, we modify the said order and direct the applicant to attend Police Station, Pusad Rural, twice in a month and preferably on Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

Criminal Application No. 372/2012 is disposed of accordingly.
