Shri S.K. Tambde, learned Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 to 7 submits that the petition is rendered infructuous in view of the subsequent events. It is submitted that the challenge in the petition is to the appointment of the administrator. It is stated that the elected body has taken over the charge of the Cooperative Society on 30-05-2015. The learned Advocate for the respondents has placed on the record the notification dated 30-05-2015 in support of his submission.

Accepting the statement made on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 to 7, the petition is disposed as infructuous. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
