This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner since his application for grant of parole was rejected by the Authorities below. Ms Radha Mishra, learned Counsel (appointed) for the petitioner submits that the mother of petitioner is suffering from wrist pain. In our view, such an ailment is not serious one requiring the petitioner to be released on parole. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Fees of the learned Counsel appointed for the petitioner is quantified at Rs.1,500/-.
