The only prayer pressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is for a direction to the respondent nos.1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 25.03.2023 made by the petitioner-Society in the matter of grant of compensation for the loss suffered during the period of contract on account of lockdown.

In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent nos.1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 25.03.2023 in accordance with law after giving due opportunity to the petitioner-Society. The needful be done within a period of eight weeks of receiving the copy of this order.
