The petitioner seeks to raise a grievance to the continuation of the respondent no.4 in service by alleging that he suffers from mental disability and hence he is unfit to continue in service. 3.

We find from the record that the petitioner as President of the Sanstha is the younger brother of the respondent no.4. He does not seek appointment in place of the respondent no.4. Hence there is no locus for the petitioner to seek such relief so as to challenge the appointment and continuation of the respondent no.4. 4.

We are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. It is disposed of. No costs.
