Sable, advocate for the appellants states that in view of the judgment delivered in Civil Revision Application No. 76 of 2016 in First Appeal No. 6175 of 2016, the Miscellaneous Civil Application is not pressed and the appellants would pay the court fees of Rs.25/-. The Miscellaneous Civil Application is disposed accordingly. No costs.

Though the application is opposed by the learned advocate appearing for the respondents, considering the nature of the claim and the explanation given in the application, delay of 49 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs.
