Matter was heard earlier and on 10th of July, 2015 we adjourned the matter to find out whether construction of Gharkul is to be done by the petitioner himself or then it is to be carried out by some Agency.

Learned APP, upon instructions, states that funds are released by the Government but the funds are to be utilized by the beneficiary personally.

In this situation, we are inclined to grant to the petitioner parole leave of fifteen days for constructions of his house. Learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, has stated that construction will be completed within fifteen days. Appropriate bonds and surety be obtained by the respondents from the petitioner.

Petition is accordingly partly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
