Heard learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 as well as learned counsel for the appellant. Perused the application. The respondent Nos. 1 to 3 have prayed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant.

First Appeal is already disposed of on 10/12/2018. Learned counsel for the appellant has no objection for withdrawal of the same. Hence, civil application is allowed.

Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw the amount with accrued interest in equal proportion.
