DATE : 20/04/2023 1] The application seeks to correct the contention in para 3(1) by deleting the para and replacing it by "12% additional component has to be calculated from the date of notification under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, which according to her is dated 20.12.1994", and replacing "50%" as occurring in para 3(4) by "15%".

2] The corrections sought is not disputed by Mr. Mehadia, learned counsel for the respondent no.1, in view of which the order dated 29.3.2023 be corrected in the above terms.
