Respondent no.2 has also tendered reply-affidavit enclosing with it order dated 24th of August, 2015 by which representation of the petitioner has been decided.
We have perused reply. We find explanation furnished by respondent no.2 satisfactory.
We, therefore, do not see any deliberate effort to violate orders of this Court.
As such, with liberty to petitioner to challenge order dated 24th of August, 2015 on merits, in accordance with law if he aggrieved thereby, we dispose of the Contempt Petition. No costs.
