Heard Advocate Mr.Agrawal holding for Advocate Mr.Syed for the petitioner and Mr.S.M.Ukey, learned AGP for respondent no.1. Respondent no.2 - Chief Executive Officer, Z.P., Akola is present in-person along with his Advocate Shri Bute in pursuance of order dated 5th of August, 2015.

Respondent no.2 has also tendered reply-affidavit enclosing with it order dated 24th of August, 2015 by which representation of the petitioner has been decided.

We have perused reply. We find explanation furnished by respondent no.2 satisfactory.

We, therefore, do not see any deliberate effort to violate orders of this Court.

As such, with liberty to petitioner to challenge order dated 24th of August, 2015 on merits, in accordance with law if he aggrieved thereby, we dispose of the Contempt Petition. No costs.
