By preferring this appeal, appellant has challenged the Judgment and Award passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Darwha District Yavatmal.

On deposing the entire amount of compensation along with the accrued interest and statutory

On failure to deposit the amount as above, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
