JULY 14, 2025 This is an application seeking condonation of 215 days delay in filing application for revision. 2] For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. Delay of 215 days in filing application for revision is condoned. Revision application be registered in accordance with Rules.

MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION (ST.) NO. 8352/2025 4] The Registrar (J) has refused to register the review application because the applicant failed to remove office objections despite giving opportunity. 5] The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that he will diligently remove the office objections, if one more opportunity is granted.
7-CAO-704-2025 6] On the strength of assurance so given, the application is allowed. Order dated 5/8/2024 passed by the Registrar (J) is quashed and set aside. The revision application shall be processed further in accordance with Rules. The applicant shall remove the office objections within seven working days from today failing which the order passed by the Registrar (J) shall stand restored without further reference to the Court.
