20th September, 2017 By this application, it is prayed that the decree passed by the appellate Court be stayed during pendency of the appeal.
The applicant is the original plaintiff who had filed a suit for perpetual injunction seeking to restrain the non-applicants from alienating the suit property. The trial Court decreed the suit. The appellate Court partly allowed the appeal filed by the defendants and granted liberty to the applicant to file a suit for partition and separate possession.
The appeal has been admitted after framing a substantial question of law. By order dated 27th June, 2016, the parties were directed to maintain status quo. Hence, the application is disposed of by confirming the
aforesaid interim order.
Civil Application is disposed of.
