We have heard learned Counsel for the respondent at length.

The challenge in the petition is to the order dated 12-03-2020 passed by the Deputy Director of Education and the order dated 24-09-2019 passed by the Education Officer. By the aforesaid impugned orders, the prayer of the father of petitioner is, to carry out the corrections/change in the School Leaving Certificate in relation to the name came to be rejected.

A perusal of the document i.e. the School Leaving Certificate depicts that the petitioner Mayank Jha was born to his parents namely Sadanand Jha and mother Aparna Jha. Said fact is borne out from the School Leaving Certificate dated 21-06-2019 issued by the respondent-Bhonsala Military School. The contents in the said School Leaving Certificate are based on the register entry no.2481/14.

In view of aforesaid undisputed factual matrix, the petitioner, on instructions, made a prayer for withdrawal of the petition. As such, the same is disposed of as withdrawn. No costs. (Abhay J. Mantri, J.) (Nitin W. Sambre, J. ) Deshmukh
