A strong objection raised by the respondent is that under Clause 63 and 64 of the agreement between the parties, remedy is provided to approach the Arbitrator to resolve the dispute arising out of the alleged wrongful termination of contract by an order dated 08.05.2018.

The petitioner therefore seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to invoke the arbitration clause under the contract.

We permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty as prayed for. All contentions raised in the petition are kept open. No costs.
