This application is preferred seeking modification of the condition that till the conclusion of the trial, the applicants shall not enter the territorial limits of village Sawala, where the witnesses are residing.

The learned counsel for the applicants states that the agricultural fields of the applicants are situated near the village, although not within its boundaries. If that be so, then no relaxation is necessary on the ground that the applicants are not in a position to cultivate the agricultural fields. As long as the applicants do not enter the territorial limits of the village, they are free to cultivate the agricultural fields if the agricultural fields are situated outside the village.
