Mr. A. J. Gohokar, learned A.G.P. for the respondents particularly on instructions from the respondent No.1 states that since the post of Clinical Psychologist is filled-in, the petitioner can appear before the said authority on 06.05.2025 i.e. Tuesday. 3.

The respondent No.1 shall accordingly evaluate the disability of the petitioner and communicate the decision taken with regard to the claim for issuance of appropriate certificate to him within a period of two weeks thereafter.

The petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
