Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has invited our attention to the prayer of the petition which indicates that petitioner has challenged order dated 18/03/2025 passed by respondent No.1Sub Divisional Magistrate, Gondiya thereby externing him for a period of three months from the territorial jurisdiction of Gondiya district.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that three months have already passed and therefore nothing survives in the matter.

The submission appears to be correct. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as rendered infructuous. 5.

The petitioner, however, is at liberty to revive the prayer if so desired.
