The petitioner - husband is assailing the order dated 26.10.2018 rendered by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur in Petition E-90 of 2018, by and under which, the trial Court had granted monthly interim maintenance of Rs. 7,000/- each to the respondent - wife and the two children.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, and having scrutinized the order impugned, I do not see any reason to interfere with the order impugned in exercise of writ jurisdiction. The petitioner - husband did not produce any material before the Family Court to disclose the income. In such situation, no fault can be found with the assessment of the income, and that too a prima facie assessment, on the best judgment principle.

The petition is without substance, and is dismissed.
