We find that the grievance which is made by the learned counsel for petitioners Mr. N.S. Bhattad, and which is that as a fact, land admeasuring 5.00 Sq.Mtrs. is additionally acquired, and the petitioners have not received any compensation for the land additionally acquired, does not have any foundation in the pleadings. Mr. N.S. Bhattad would submit that certain events have occurred after the filing of the petition. 2.

Be that as it may, we accept the oral request of the learned counsel Mr. N.S. Bhattad, which is made on the basis of instructions received, that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to prefer an appropriate representation with respondent 1, and if such representation is
