Heard Shri A.J. Dhoble, learned counsel appointed by High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur and Ms. N.R. Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondents/State. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned A.P.P. for the State would submit that the petitioner is already released on furlough leave vide order dated 08.06.2021, which is placed on record at Annexure-R-II along with reply.

In view of the aforesaid the present writ petition is disposed of as it is rendered infructuous.
