Perused judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati. The disability suffered by respondent no.1/claimant is to the extent of 15%.

Respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant on his furnishing usual undertaking to the effect that in case appellant succeeds on merits in appeal, he shall refund the entire amount with interest if so directed by the court.

Civil Application stands disposed of in the above terms.
