Since the trial is for offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(f),(i),(j), 354-A)(i), 354-B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 5(l),(m), 6, 9(m) and 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, it is even otherwise necessary for the trial Court to expeditiously decide the trial.

The learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within six months. If the trial is not concluded
