Applicant Ghanshyamdas S/o of Gopaldasji Mohta seeks direction to add Court Receiver, Mumbai as party respondent in O.L.R. No.80 of 2002.
The Court Receiver has already appeared before the Court and assisting it through Advocate Phadke. Advocate Phadke informs that Court Receiver has submitted various reports regularly to registry at Nagpur. In this situation, it is apparent that Court Receiver is already party and taking part in the proceedings. C.A.No.56 of 2004 is therefore disposed of.
