CORAM
:
A.B. CHAUDHARI, J.
DATE :
07th July, 2015.
Heard learned counsel for the rival parties. Perused the FIR.
Looking to the FIR and the case diary, it is clear that the son of applicant nos. 1 and 2, who was the Headmaster, and his wife, both of whom are no more, had accepted money from the people with an assurance to give them employment in the school. Applicants are office-bearers of the Trust running the school and that is why they have been arrayed as accused.
Upon perusal of the case diary, investigation papers and the FIR, I find that none of the applicants
have any specific role being attributed by any of the alleged persons seeking employment upon payment of money. That being so, I think that the applicants are entitled to grant of anticipatory bail. Hence the following order:-
O R D E R
[a] Criminal Application No. 217 of 2015 is allowed.
[b] Rule is made absolute in terms of the interim order dated 7th May, 2015 passed by this Court.
[c] Applicants to co-operate with the police as and when required.
