Perused the reply of the prosecution and the charge-sheet.

From the seizure-panchnama, it is seen that recovery of the contraband 'Ganja' has been split into two portions and the portion, which has been shown to be seized from the possession of this applicant, weights about 8.54 kgs. This much of quantity is an intermediate quantity. The investigation is also over as the charge-sheet came to be filed on 12/10/2017. In these circumstances, I am of the view that this application can be allowed.

The application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs.50,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum on the following conditions :

The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Sunday between 05:00 p.m. and 06:00 p.m. till conclusion of the trial. ii. He shall regularly attend the trial Court on the dates fixed in the case pending against him.

iii. He shall co-operate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the case.

iv. He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses in any manner.

The application is disposed of.
