The respondent no. 1- Committee has already issued Caste Validity certificate to the petitioner, copy of which is taken on record and marked as ' X'

No grievance of the petitioner remains. The compromise memo in Form-' H' is executed by the parties and the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition.
