Having regard to the contents of the application and the submissions advanced, the delay of 125 days occurred in filing the appeal does not appear to be intentional and stands condoned. The civil application is allowed and disposed of. C.A.F. NO. 3152/2025.

This is an application for withdrawal of the amount. 2.

The counsel for the applicants-claimants submits that their land is acquired and are in the need of money. 3.

Having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the decretal amount alongwith accrued interest subject to furnishing of usual undertaking.
